How Does VIAGRA 50MG TABLET Work?

Viagra 50mg Tablet works through its main ingredient, sildenafil. It belongs to a class of medications called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. This medication helps blood flow in the penis during sexual stimulation by blocking the phosphodiesterase enzyme, which breaks down Viagra when an man is sexually aroused.

Viagra 50mg Tablet can also interfere with certain drugs including blood thinners like warfarin and cilostazol, which are commonly prescribed for conditions such as irregular heartbeat.

Viagra 50mg Tablet may cause mild to moderate erectile dysfunction such as reduced judgment, difficulty getting or keeping an erection, and a low level of sexual desire in some men. Other less common side effects may also be observed.

In some cases, sexual activity may be able to be taken without symptoms but it should be done approximately one hour before. Always consult your doctor if you experience any concerning side effects.

Sildenafil

Sildenafil is an inhibitor of the enzyme PDE5 which breaks down sildenafil in the penis. This allows sildenafil to stay in the body for longer. It helps provide blood flow to the penis and helps achieve an erection when sexually aroused.

Cilostazol

Cilostazol is an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) enzyme which breaks down drugs like antibiotics and nitrates. This allows cilostazol to accumulate in the body and provide increased blood flow to the penis during sexual activity.

Cilostazol can have serious side effects, including symptoms of low blood pressure, such as fast heart rate, loss of vision, or swelling of the face, chest, or low blood pressure. Always ensure you are authorized before taking Viagra 50mg Tablet.

This week’s headlines read:

VIAGRA, TABOO, VIAGRA:

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that Viagra 100 mg, Tadalafil 20 mg and Cialis 20 mg had been approved as the first prescription drug in the U. S. to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Viagra and Cialis were approved by the FDA as the first PDE5 inhibitor and have been approved for more than 20 years.

“Our approval process has been designed to ensure that all of our patients receive the most appropriate medication that is safe and effective for their condition,” said John L. Morris, PharmD, of the University of Missouri, Columbia. “With our commitment to quality and safety, this approval is a positive step.”

A total of more than 5 million men worldwide have experienced symptoms associated with ED or PAH, including ED and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). ED is the inability to achieve or maintain a sufficiently dilated blood vessels to prevent blood from being trapped in the lungs, causing shortness of breath, shortness of breath, chest pain or angina.

A PAH is when the arteries in the body that supply the lungs with blood become narrow and weak. The lungs may become congested due to narrowing, or because of narrowing, due to a condition that affects the blood vessels within the lungs, such as a heart attack or stroke. PAH can cause chest pain, shortness of breath, wheezing, shortness of breath, fatigue, and weakness.

The FDA recently updated the labeling for Viagra and Cialis, which will be available in stores starting March 8, to warn consumers about the potential for adverse effects and interact with other drugs. Viagra, Cialis and Levitra are all PDE5 inhibitors, and Cialis is an inhibitor of an enzyme called cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). PDE5 is the enzyme that breaks down cGMP in the penis.

“These drugs are used to treat erectile dysfunction in men,” said Michael J. Stoner, M. D., director of the Division of Urology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. “They have been shown to help men get and maintain an erection.”

The FDA also announced a new warning label on Viagra that includes additional information about sexual side effects. The label also warns about possible drug interactions with certain medications and supplements.

“Viagra and Cialis are not safe,” said John S. Wicker, PharmD, of the University of Michigan’s Division of Urology. “They are not for everyone.”
